28 May 2019 – Update – New Format, New Name, New Camera, New Watches

New Format

After some recent feedback from a considerate reader I am going back over all of our past posts to ensure they are in-line with our new reviewing format and are fully edited. If you have any suggestions or ideas please let me know!

I am working on reviewing all of our uploads and posts one at a time and hopefully by the end of the week I will have it all completed.

I’d like to know if you’d like to have some sort of scoring system applied to the reviews / comparisons – please let me know!

New Name

I decided to change the name of the blog to The Watch Consumer as it is more congruent with what I feel like I will be able to achieve here.

New Camera

I recently purchased a new camera in order to take video and close up photos, then returned it and purchased another with a few more features. Now I’m not really a photography, photo editing or social media guy so its definitely been a learning experience so far! I am hoping to start getting video produced but it is taking longer to get done than expected. Thankfully I think I have everything nailed down at this point and once I am caught up with the editing above I will start releasing video and close up photography.

New Watches

Finally, I have some new watches in. I’ve been wearing the Meccaniche Veneziane Nereide 2.0 and am preparing a detailed review of it in anticipation of the Nereide 3.0 and GMT. I also have another Xeric that just arrived and I will be doing a box opening of KickStarter import hopefully soon!

Check out the revised Detailed Review of the Meccaniche Veneziane Redentore Burano and let me know what you think!
